Mono One Brochure
The original BAC Mono became the first and only single-seater, road-legal supercar when it was launched at the Retro Classics Show in Stuttgart in 2011. Upon its reveal, the car caused shockwaves in the industry with its genius – never before had there been a supercar that combined racing technology and the latest automotive innovations with genuine track pedigree and on-road ability.
Mono was built to be the ultimate performer. The focus was on making the car incredibly fast, and its 2.7-second 0-60mph time shows just how quick it is off the mark. Even so, BAC strives to make the Mono accessible to drivers of all skills and from all walks of life, as it provides the ultimate entertainment on both the road and the track.
Its performance achievements around the world make it a true pace icon, with production car lap records achieved at over 10 circuits around the globe – including Sepang, Anglesey and Zolder. Countless renowned awards for its driving experience and the brilliance of its conception and build also speak volumes.
At the end of the first-generation BAC Mono’s lifecycle, BAC released the Mono One – a celebratory final edition of the iconic original single-seater supercar and the rarest model ever produced by BAC. Just three examples were available worldwide: Iconic White, Carbon Black and Neon Red.
