In 1955 this Lancia Aurelia B24 America Spider was sold new to Portugal.
The car did stay in Portugal, in the hands of a few consecutive owners, until 2010.
During that period it received at one point a change of colour.
The new owner of the car kept the car untouched for a while, until he decided to have the car ground-up restored by Lancia specialists.
This restoration lasted several years and during that restoration it was returned to its original factory-new specifications.
Even the original period radio which was still in the car, was made to work again.
Also it was fitted with a correct hard-top.
After the restoration the car was certified by Lancia FCA and a new FIVA passport was issued to the car.
Today this car is in all correct matching-numbers condition and has hardly been used since the restoration.
It is practical new out of the box.
