Description
This car has been transformed over the last 5/6 years with a 5.3 litre full race John Eales Engine, Pace dry sump, Jenvey Throttle Body Fuel injection with DTA Engine Management. The front suspension is Hoyle with fully adjustable camber and caster. The rear suspension has also been converted to the Hoyle IRS and carries a Ford diff with a Barra Motorsport Grippa Diff. This was recently refurbished with a new crown wheel and pinion. The gearbox is a T5 with a Quaife close ration gear set.
The car has a huge history file that dates back to the 80’s when the car was first built into a racer. It was campaigned for many years in the MGCC BCV8 championship in it old guise, Purple colour with full race 3.9 engine.
No expense has been spared on the cars development. The only thing now required is a new enthusiastic owner and some TLC.
It will be a shame but if this car does not sell within a few months it will be broken and the various parts sold off separately. If you would be interested in any component from this car, I will be compiling a list on a first come first served basis. Once the major parts are sold the strip down will begin.
