The uniqueness of the Racetruck is based upon the Al-Ko Kober Vehicle Technology low floor chassis conversion. The Al-Ko Kober chassis conversion comes complete with lowering rear air suspension as standard.
Our Racetruck’s are built using only the most advanced materials available; an example of the build is shown below with some optional extras included, they are as follows –
32mm insulated, closed-cell panels for the roof and sidewalls
22mm lightweight panel for the floor, complete with a textured surface
Solar panel/s to roof to aid trickle charge of LPS System
Rear door closure, complete with helper ramps
Internal ramp system to the garage area
Movable winch system for race car movement should the need arise
Inspection hatches to the near side and off side of the vehicle; to aid in strapping the race car into position
Bespoke strapping system; tailored to suit end-user requirements
Fiamma 5m long by 2.5m deep projection awning; complete with electric operation
Full 240v electrical system; complete with split charge system and deep cycle leisure batteries
Exterior GRP moulded by AKFS Ltd; complete smooth touch surface

The Racetruck is a completely bespoke and unique vehicle concept. As such, the Racetruck can be configured to suit the end-user and their exact requirements. Each Racetruck can be built to house a single race car type, or configured to accommodate different race cars, different wheelbases, and kerb weights, etc.
The Racetruck’s day and night living accommodation can be purpose-built to house different permutations; there is no standard specification. Again, this can be configured to suit the end-user.
With our Shell Series of vehicles, we can supply a base vehicle, Al-Ko Kober Vehicle Technology conversion, and a Racetruck shell for the end-user to self-fit-out, should this be required. The Shell Series of vehicles comes complete with vehicle shell and assisted tailgate, internal dividing bulkhead (if required), and internal ramps.
